Ingredients:1. 3 -4 yellow lemons (or depends on size of your pot) $1.50
2. 2 pkts of Honey Rock Sugar (can get from 福华，石蜂糖）$2.40
3. pandan leaves $0.20
Procedure:1. Squeeze lemons to get juice.
2. Rinse pandan leaves and tie into a bundle (no rubber band please, use one of the stronger leaves).
3. Put everything into a pot of water, add the honey rock sugar and boil for 5 mins.
4. Chill for better, sweeter taste.
It's a good drink to serve for reunion dinner :) I have done this 3 times in the past 2 weeks.
