Recently one of my packages did not reach a customer and this is the first time such an unfortunate thing has happened. To fulfill the transaction, I made up for the loss (valued at $60! Ouch!).
From now on, postage fees by normal post will still be free, but I will not be responsible for any lost packages. Should you prefer me to send your items by registered post, I will gladly post them for you but charges will be paid by the buyer.
