I have decided to use small nuggets to make this simple pair of earrings. These are coarsely cut chunks with brilliant colours, especially the Amethyst!
Other stones: Iolite, Smoky Quartz and Peridot. These hang from a goldfilled chain and the earwire is 925 silver, as usual. Note that the Smoky Quartz in the other two pairs have shapes different from this pair posted here.
