I posted up the silver Pearlyn last year and it was well-received. Now this is the gold version I have been dying to make, and finally found the time.

8 different types of pearls to form a wonderful cocktail, together with Peridot which is small and rectangular. Chain and clasp in 14K gold-filled materials, while pins are gold-plated.

Wonderful gift to a great mum. If you mum doesn't wear it, good for you! Keep it for yourself! ;P

About Moonstones (Moonstone Jewelry Coming Soon)

I have always considered Moonstone as my favourite stone. I love particularly the white Moonstone, because just as its name implies, it has a floating light effect and sheen called adularescence, compared to the light of the moon. In this photograph, look at the stones in the middle and you will know what I mean.

Every stone has this moon-light effect but you have to tilt it at different angles to see.

I even have a very delicate 925 Silver ring from Japan which has a tiny moonstone set on it. :)

Brilliant Pear Lariat Necklace $ 29

Haha, local jewellery stores have Brilliant Rose, while I have Brilliant Pear (TM)! :P

This glistening precious gemstone, Citrine, is very well cut and is of MARQUISE cut which is rather like the shape of the pear, but is flat, like the diamond marquise cut.

All parts made in 14 K gold-filled material which does not tarnish easily due to the thick layer of gold on the outside.

Lariat necklaces can elongate the shape of a face. :) A good gift to someone who wears simple jewelry.

It is hard to find a cross with engraving so beautiul! The cross is both religious and ornamental.

This is last piece of Korean Jade I have, set into a necklace.

Flying Balloons $ 42

A long, delicate but simple pair of earrings. Silver chain with well-cut garnet. A similar design elsewhere cost $149!!! Hehe looks like a bunch of balloons let go and floating in the air.

Only one side is shown as I again run out of those lever hooks. :(

Jewels in the Palace $ 56 (One-piece only)

An elaborate necklace that features rich colours such as moss-green, deep purple, lavender and gold. I spent quite a great deal of time on it.

Centre piece is a piece of Amethyst, and half of the chain made of tiny Moss-Agate, another half made of lavender-silver pearls. Gold beads used together with some tints of pink Tourmaline.

Goes well with any white top :)

Rouge (Mismatched Earrings) $ 29

I have long wanted to put together something pink, red and white.

The red comes from big and small pieces of Coral, white from big and small pearl nuggets, and pink from Rose Quartz. Swarovski crystals to touch up.

Tie up your hair, pull on a simple black T and wear these earrings. Stylish! :)

Childhood Days (Necklace) $ 52 (one-piece only)

I bought these very well-polished Chalcedony stones from Taiwan last Dec. Chelcedony is translucent and the colours are soothing and pastel. I only bought these 8 pieces, some are round, some are barrel-shaped. Should have bought more! :(

Set in 925 silver chain. Looks great with a black top!

Lemon-Lime Sorbet $34 (a slightly bigger pair, one-piece)

The earlier pair of Lime Sorbet I posted had Korean jade the size of a guazi, the pumpkin seed we eat during CNY. (Now Heather owns it!) For this pair, it is slightly bigger.

I like this pair very much because the beautiful mix of yellow and green, as well as the shine of the stones can be seen very clearly.

Raspberry N Cream $ 34 (2 pairs only!)

Finally! Have been wanting to make this but colour combo for the previous Lime Sorbet and Orange Yoghurt did not suit this piece of bright-pink Korean jade very well.

Here, I used beautiful, irregular, petal-like Keishi pearls, pink pearls and Swarovski crystals to enhance the Raspberry colour. Outcome is more of elegance than playfulness (the earlier pieces). Ran out of the lever-back earring hooks for now, so I managed to make only one side.

Everything in 925 silver.

Laogong's friendly-looking toes

Nice round toes all lined up enthusiastically wanting to be rubbed and sayang-ed. :) Hehe when he falls asleep by the TV tonite I will draw on them:

I spent hours trying to figure out what should go with these pretty fan-shape rose quartz, and decided that they should be left on their own.

Hope that you can tell the shine of the stones from the pics. As mentioned earlier, my camera is lousy at capturing pink or purple.

This batch of stones have very nice shine and pink, despite of the little imperfections in them. To be worn choker or collar length. Fantastic! Easy to go with clothes, won't end up looking over-dressed. Another piece that I will keep for myself if second piece is not sold within the week. :P

Chain itself is also very Tiffany-style. 14 K gold-filled.

Blister Pearls mismatched earrings $ 35

Hey I am not kidding...these 'pearls' are indeed called Blister pearls. Instead of cultivating them in the body of the mollusc, they are cultivated in the inner wall of the shell.

This is the first time I found the smaller ones. Set in 14K gold-filled chains.

Daring and elegant design, though not my usual style. Consider it a breakthrough! :) Don't think you can find anything similar anywhere else.

Rapunzel $ 35 (2 pairs only)

I think almost every girl will like this sweet colour combi. I have long packed these stones together in a small box, but was wandering whether I should set them in a bracelet or necklace.

Earrings measure up to chin level when worn.

Iolite, rose quartz, peridot, Keishi pearls, and two cream ceramic flowers. Set in 925 silver. So SWEET!

Lady Yu (Gloria's Piece)

This is Lady Yu in another style for ladies who are concerned that the earrings might be too long for their face.

Korean Jade, but light green in colour.

As before, in this series of Sorbets and Yoghurts, I have teamed faceted Mother of Pearl, Swarovski crystals and pale-peach pearls together, with 925 silver ball pins.

This is the pair of jade I was talking about - with tints of green on the white, very nice, very elegant, very lady-like.
