Happy 2 year Anniversary

I realised that my blog is now 2 years old! Wow! That's a long time to me for a hobby, even though there is a huge vacuum in the middle. Thanks to many who have been supportive right from the beginning!

Morning Garden II $ 33 (SOLD out every pair)

This is another version of the purple one. Carved agate flowers (that look suspiciously Carnelian) with natural crystals and peach colour-tinted freshwater pearls.

Baby Angel (Pink/White) - $ 23, OR FOC with purchases over $100, while stocks last

OK I am not shy to admit this - I need more publicity. Please help me spread my blog to your friends and combine your purchases to $100 or more :p

This pair of Angels are different from the previous 3 pairs. They are slightly smaller and very clean and white in colour.
Stones are Rose Quartz and natural Chalcedony (white with a tiny tinge of blue, like barley water).

Angel (Maroon/Golden) $ 23

Another pair of Angels but with red wine-coloured Garnet and my precious new batch of golden, clear Citrine. They are much clearer and richer in colour than my previous Citrine lot.

This pair probably goes with anything in the wardrobe. The stones are very glittering because of their clarity.

Guaranteed to look better than in these pictures.

Angel (Green/Pink) $ 23

These are about the same size as Angels in blue/green combination. The wings are very 'clear'.

Peridot and Rose Quartz combination never fails to look super sweet :)
P.s As mentioned always, my camera is lousy at reflecting pink (such as ROse Quartz) and purple (Amethyst) truthfully. Actual colours are much nicer.

Angel (Blue/Green) $ 25

These are very small and delicate earrings, around 2 cm in size. The 'wings' of the angels are Aquamarine with a nice, noticeable blue, and these stones are very clear. Good quality Aquamarine. The greenish stone is faceted Prehnite.

Juice $ 42 (Exclusively one pair) - SOLD

Somehow saliva came whenever I see these smoothly polished Prehnite stones!

Probably it is harder to polish stones to this smoothness than faceting them.

Filigree and hooks in 925 silver.

Bundle-of-Pearls Earrings $ 28

For the many followers of friend C's works, Bundle-of-Pearls series is back!

White freshwater pearls bundled randomly in craftwire. Chain and ear wires are in 925 silver.

Tender Rose $ 18 (exclusively one pair)

My friend C has come up with new stuff again! :)

Clean, white rutilated quartz paired with a peach coloured rose. For the sweet and demure.

Morning Garden (Mismatched earrings) $ 33

Another dainty creation with carved Amethyst flower, teamed with pink-tainted freshwater pearls and natural rock crystals, dangling on goldfilled chains and hooks.

Both sides are mismatched, and every pair will differ slightly :)

Prehnite Lamp $ 45 - SOLD ALL

Did this lady-like piece once with Moonstones.

Lovely translucent Prehnite (minty green) briolettes hanging on a goldfilled frame. Uncomplicated as the stones speak for their own beauty. Somewhat glam yet reserved.

Sunset $ 38 (3 pairs only) SOLD

This combination of colours remind me of the beautiful sunset orange in the sky, ending the vibrancy of the day with calmness. Hmm try picturing what I am saying...

What is interesting here is that the three stones used are of different shapes - round Crystal, tear-drop Amethyst of wonderful clarity and cut (personal collection also), and marquise-cut Carnelian. Topping the stones is a 925 silver flower bead.

Rose Pendant $ 16 - exclusively one piece only (SOLD)

I made this for fun and to try out something called Wigjig. Anyway it is a lovely sweet piece. The width = length and is just slightly over 2cm. This is my last turqoise-coloured ceramic flower. The other beads are coral and freshwater pearls.

Early Garden $ 40 - exclusively one piece waiting for its rightful owner :) (SOLD)

I am making only one pair in this long loop.

Sweet and quite a romantic pair actually. White freshwater pearls and faceted peridot surrounding a carved Amethyst flower, all sitting on the gold-plated loop. Hovering above the garden flowers are two tiny 14k goldfilled butterflies.
Wear a light, long skirt to tie up the romantic look ;P

Black Beauty $ 42 - exclusively one pair still calling out to one of us (SOLD)

This pair of onyx was bought for myself, amongst many other stones. Not only it is heavy in carat, the shine of the stone is gorgeous.

Haha forget about wearing dangling earrings for a long time, being a mommy to a kid who will soon start to grab anything swinging before her eyes! So here I am, clearing my collection of filigree and stones.

The filigree is 925 silver and was purchased from the internet more than a year ago. Love the bends and loops. The stones and filigree complement each other perfectly, making these earrings a sure conversational piece.

Shimmy $ 34

Just love the rich blue of the Chalcedony! 14k gold-filled chains dangle freely with the garnet briolette. Ear hooks are of 14k gold-filled too.

Tango $ 35

14K gold-filled chains sweeping with a fan-shaped Carnelian stone and a Garnet briolette. Interesting and romantic. Ear hooks are gold-filled too.

Limited Edition

Some items I am going to post are one-off pieces, no repeats are possible. The stones were probably either my personal collection or were bought more than a year ago, and are now harder to purchase (in terms of cutting, price and quality). Or it could be that the other parts are one-off pieces too.

Dew $ 30

These pretty stones are set in 925 silver and are suitable for daily wear. Undoubtly feminine. Blue Charcedony, white pearl, aquamarine and pink-shade Rhodonite.

Attic Flowers $ 32

Real, undyed turqoise drops teamed with a couple of bronze flowers. Oh you have to know that these stones sitting in the flowers are RUBY!
I can't believe that I have 'upgraded' myself from playing with semiprecious stones to precious stones.
(The 4 precious stones are diamond, ruby, sapphire and emerald.)

Matcha $ 30 - SOLD ALL

A clean combination of dark green jade and a translucent, icy cold white jade flower, accentuated with Onyx, giving a touch of simple elegance.
